IconBrickell Hi-rise Towers
Visitors to downtown Miami will notice the considerable redevelopment occurring throughout downtown. The skyline is changing rapidly, including the demolition of the 1950s Dupont Plaza, construction of the Met Miami and One Miami buildings on the north bank of the Miami River and the redevelopment of the Sheraton Biscayne Bay Hotel neighboring the Miami Circle.
